By making a strong herbal tea and adding it to your bathwater, you can get the full benefits of water-soluble plant medicine without leaving your tub a big mess of dried flowers and leaves, although we love pouring the herbs with the tea into the bathtub and enjoy them during bath time too!

Each salts and herbs have their own benefits:
Himalayan Salt - Himalayan Salt soothes sore muscles, improves skin conditions, respiratory disease, balances the body’s pH, reduces signs of aging and improves sleep quality.
Lavender -  Treats anxiety, depression, fungal infections, wounds and helps to purify the skin. Lavender oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. We recommend crashing the petals between your fingers during the bath.
Calendula - Calendula has many benefits. Natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Treating minor wounds, calluses, insect bites and stings, eczema, itches, burns and haemorrhoids.
