DELIVERY & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship only to UK Mainland
We ship orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed.
All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 3-5 business days.
(Please note due to the pandemic, shipping time may take longer.)

For orders up to £49.99, postage is £3.50

FREE delivery will be applied orders £50 or over.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchases, however if for any reason you are not happy, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item that is returned to us within 7 days.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unless if it was damaged in transit.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable.
If your return was purchased as part of a gift set, the complete set must be returned. We cannot return or exchange only part of a set.
If you receive damaged goods, please email us within 7 working days with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us and where possible send the return on a tracked service.
